  • Responsibility for the fluent operation of all warehouse & distribution processes.
  • Definition and control of the material flows and measures to secure quality assurance.
  • Creating, implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (L5) with the logistics providers.
  • Defining and create warehouse strategies (storage, replenishment, picking)
  • Performing stocktaking and cycle counts with warehouse provider.
  • Reporting and analysis of key performance indicators and optimization.
  • Be the logistics interface between Bosch divisions, their customer and logistics providers
  • Managing Logistics Service Provider for warehousing and distribution
  • Logistics cost responsibility (incl. business planning) and invoice verification for logistics services
  • Responsible for KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Responsible Logistic Quality and Health & Safety (8D process, support FMEA, QCs, CIP)
  • Support project with central departments for warehouse & distribution like new processes, network optimisation or tender.
  • Supporting other LWM in Africa
Qualifications
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • Min 4-6 years practical experience
  • Profound knowledge warehousing and distribution logistics and supply chain management
