Job Description
  • Strategic Needs Assessment & Solution Design: Identify business challenges, gather requirements, conduct analysis, and design comprehensive solutions (often technology-driven) that align with strategic goals.
  • Delivery Management & Collaboration in Project Leadership: Work closely with the project management for the deployment, and successful adoption. Planning and execution and full lifecyle is PM responsibility.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships with, and effectively communicate complex concepts to, diverse stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Manage Diverse Solution Teams: Lead and empower a multidisciplinary team, encompassing Product Functional Implementors, System Analysts, Software Engineers /Developers, UX Developers, fostering a collaborative environment for cohesive and effective solution delivery. Align with external stakeholders such as testing; could be outside the delivery team or use cross team testing, and System admins & Security; under the IT responsibility. · Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Monitor solution effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive ongoing innovation and efficiency.

Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Solution Architecture
  • Accountable for defining, developing, and championing the overarching digital roadmap and the underlying solution architecture.
  • Ensure that the technological solutions align directly with the company's strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Responsible for the vision and high-level design of how digital capabilities will enable business transformation.
Solution Delivery & Project Management
  • Accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of business solutions and tools.
  • This involves managing projects’ delivery from conception through to implementation and adoption, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • This accountability extends to overseeing both internal teams and external vendors involved in the delivery process.
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Accountable for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with business stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Effectively eliciting, prioritizing, and translating business needs into actionable solution requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring that solutions genuinely address key business drivers and deliver tangible value.
  • Work with Product Owners to define and maintain product roadmaps
  • Ensure smooth operations of project delivery.
  • Monitor the status of development & implementation of solutions life cycle.
Solution Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Accountable for the ongoing performance, effectiveness, and optimization of implemented solutions.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for enhancement, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and staying abreast of emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and deliver sustained business value.
  • Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed
  • Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
Team Leadership & Development
  • Accountable for leading, managing, and developing a diverse, multidisciplinary team involved in solution implementation (e.g., analysts, developers, testers). · Fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring optimal team performance, skill development, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Be proactive in maintaining and enhancing the team technical knowledge and capabilities.
  • Identify training needs or requirements for themselves and for the team
  • Guide, coach, and mentor the team.
  • Promote and foster a strong team culture and open and transparent communication.
  • Assess skills, knowledge, and abilities of subordinates to make effective decisions and identify development needs
  • Provide training and development opportunities and serve as a mentor for their team.
  • Produce reports, proposals, technical documentation as required and ensure other Team members and teams’ knowledge are up to date.
  • Conduct awareness sessions for the team and GS employees when needed.
  • Share / spread knowledge with team members as well as internal teams

Technical Skills- Bachelor's degree in business informatics or Computer Science.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, etc.
- Strong understanding of solutions architecture and integration principles.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiar with process automation technologies (RPA)
- Must possess exceptional analytical & troubleshooting skills and ability to debug issues conceptually and propose technical solutions.
- Knowledge of the latest development / software technologies.
