  • This role is responsible for managing a production unit to deliver products against defined performance measures, as per planning and quality requirements.
  • Responsible for deploying and executing manufacturing standards in production unit
  • Supervises, selects, develops, coaches, and evaluates managing personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing.
  • Supports implementation & continuous improvement.
  • Leads the production unit, related processes, and staff in the execution of world class operational performance.
  • Arranges programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the manufacturing organization. May contribute to preparing
manufacturing operation and investment plans. Defines and executes improvement plans towards defined performance measures
  • Delivers products on time with high factory and supplier yields. Ensures there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels
  • Maintains commitment to safety, environmental and quality regulations guidelines
  • Manages projects including introduction of new products, process and equipment
  • Manages and coaches
