Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with HR to implement performance-based reward systems.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
Work closely with Marketing to enhance customer experience and store traffic.
Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant major.
12-15 years of experience in the retail industry preferably in Luxury.
Proven experience in team management with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling abilities.
