- Work closely with Tower Lead and recommend improvement initiatives based on research and insights derived from surveys, dashboards, testing, back-end operations, and user feedback.
- Provide support and advice to TM COE by developing new and updating current policies, frameworks, training documents.
- Lead the communication plan for TM COE (drafting communication, innovative communication and increasing reach) across MAF and eligible population.
- Conduct data analyses across TM COE pillars to advice and support in decision making for recommended changes and new initiatives.
- Implementation of COE initiatives including performing analyses, managing stakeholders, testing the system, updating documents.
- Manage dashboard and stakeholders to ensure data integrity (HCBPs, HCDX and People analytics)
- Lead on vendor administration following up with procurement, legal and finance to ensure closure of contracts in time (PRs, Registration, Invoicing)
- Lead the training and development plan for TM COE (preparing presentations, updating content, scheduling with L&D sessions, deliver trainings, monitor and report on attendance)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus, e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management or a related HR function.
- Prior experience with project management, data analysis, and HR systems/tools is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management pillars: Performance Management, Talent Identification, 360 Feedback, Development Planning.
- Ability to lead special projects and initiatives from design to execution.
- Delivering training sessions and monitoring engagement/attendance.
