Grand Technology is seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company. As a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and designs for a variety of media, including video, social media, and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality creative assets.Responsibilities:

Conceptualise, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics for various platforms.
Create visually engaging designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers (if applicable).
Ensure all designs are optimised for various screen sizes and devices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
Expertise in industry-standard design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
