We are looking for a Senior Digital Graphic & Motion Designer who can lead the creation of all visual content for Rwaj across website, mobile app, social media, and digital ad campaigns. You will be responsible for producing high-quality static and motion designs that drive engagement, brand recognition, and sales.This role requires speed, creativity, and adaptability, as you’ll be designing everything from app banners to short animated ads for TikTok and Instagram.Important: This position requires the use of company-approved tracking software during working hours. Installation and usage are mandatory for all team members.What You’ll Do

Design website and mobile app graphics, banners, product highlights, and category visuals.
Create motion graphics and animated banners for in-app promotions and external campaigns.
Produce social media creatives (static + motion) optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Develop digital advertising creatives for paid campaigns (display ads, carousel ads, video ads).
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials while adapting designs to each platform’s style.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute campaigns quickly and effectively.

Stay updated on design trends, especially in e-commerce, fashion, and live shopping.
