Senior Polyurethane Production Manager - Foam

• Production. Can handle a team for Overall Production and Maintenance.
• Should have experience in producing Polyurethane Foam from low density to high density.
• Candidate with ADVANCED FOAM machine experience would be an added advantage.
• Can Able to handle Mechanical maintenance.
• Taking care of Activities for scrap reduction.
• Leadership and strong character is a must.
• English is a necessity while Arabic is a definite edge.

• Assure quality of continuous blocks production as well as batches
• Manage production of blending of polyol systems to meet desired product output and characteristics
• Create and test samples.
• Generation of cost savings and operational improvement ideas through interaction with the business area, engineering and manufacturing.
• Recommend safety policies and assure safety/legal controls are tested and reliable
• Safety, Sanitation, Security: maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Daily report regarding scrap, gas loss and density.

• Knowledge and Education:
• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Ability to develop / optimize flexible polyurethane foam systems
• Candidate must be able to work independently on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work with other professionals as part of a team

• Preference will be given to individuals with experience in flexible polyurethane foam chemistry backgrounds
• 15 years of experience in polyurethane foams
• Thorough knowledge of polyurethane raw materials, constituents and pre-polymers
