- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Experienced in Payroll & Personnel.
- Has strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience with employee training and development programs.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
