Everyday there are new challenges and significant achievements that make everyone charged, excited and proud to belong.What is this role?We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of core products at FlapKap. In this role, you’ll own critical parts of our lending platform, work cross-functionally across the company, and guide product decisions that directly impact growth and profitability. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring other PMs and scaling our product organization.What will you do?
  • Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for major product areas
  • Align product goals with company strategy and communicate them across the org
  • Work closely with engineering, design, risk, sales, and finance to deliver impactful solutions
  • Define clear metrics for success and use data to inform decisions
  • Deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging fintech trends
  • Collaborate with leadership on prioritization, tradeoffs, and investment decisions
  • Hire, mentor and guide other product managers
  • Drive a culture of product excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement
RequirementsWhat skills do you need?
  • 4+ years of product management experience, 2+ years of experience as a lead
  • Strong product intuition paired with data-driven decision-making
  • Proven success in leading complex product initiatives from concept to scale
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with hiring, mentoring and managing PMs
  • Familiarity with credit, risk, or financial workflows is a bonus
  • A builder’s mindset: bias toward action, ownership, and outcomes
