Human Resources Coordinator

• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions; and assist in all HR related duties.
• Manage employment relationship; Act as a liaison between the organization and employees; Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
• Assist with recruitment, interview and onboarding processes; Track candidate status in HRIS, respond with follow-up letters and schedule interviews; schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
• Assist with the organization's performance appraisal cycle and termination processes.
• Administer health and welfare plans and maintain records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with training needs analysis and employee's learning and development plans.

• Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources management or a closely related field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures.
• Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles including procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
• Knowledge of personal employee development; human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation.
