about the role***French: Minimum B2 level (spoken) - required for internal coordination and meetingsEnglish: Strong written and spoken skills required - equivalent to B2 or higher***Location: CairoTeam setup: Dedicated Model for 1 Large CustomerCustomer Business: a global integrated energy companyTeam Mission:Ensure the successful delivery of RUN services for cybersecurity operations, maintaining high levels of service availability, compliance, and performance across our Customer industrial security landscape.Interlock:Lead coordination with the RUN France team and global service lines (Build, Deploy, Cyber Ops).Manage team planning, quality of service, performance tracking, and reporting.Act as the main point of contact for delivery assurance and escalations.Roles and Responsibilities:Supervise daily RUN operations for a team of 9 engineers (L2 and L3).Monitor SLA compliance, incident KPIs, and team performance.Drive operational reviews, process improvements, and continuous service maturity.Facilitate knowledge sharing and training plans within the team.Represent the team in governance meetings with the Customer and internal stakeholders.Coordinate on-call duty assignments (for Gold-level services).Oversee shift planning and resource allocation.Contribute to reporting and dashboard updates for management and customer view.about youRequired Qualifications:Education: Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.Experience: 6+ years in operations roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.Certifications/Skills:ITIL Foundation V3 (or equivalent understanding of ops governance)Strong understanding of operational workflows and SLA managementExposure to Security technologies (Wallix, Trellix, Cybereason, MS Defender, Zscaler etc.)Experience in performance management, team development, and coaching employees within a customer-focused environment.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience managing dedicated customer accounts.Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE, or equivalent are a strong plusCoverage:9am-6pm 5 days a week on French and Belgian working daysOn callLanguages:French: Minimum B2 level (spoken) - requiredEnglish: Strong written and spoken skills required - equivalent to B2 or higheradditional information
