about the roleJob roleWithin the CEVX (Collaboration, Employee and Voice eXperience) product portfolio, we are recruiting a project manager, responsible for organizing and managing offer development projects for the EX and CX domain in the Communication Services Business Line. As project manager you will be a real transversal manager and facilitator, your role is key to the success of the project and achieve the targeted objectives. Depending on the ambition of the project, you will lead various functional teams with sometimes several dozen contributors. In your mission, you will understand and manage all the dimensions of a product for our B2B customers: sales/pre-sales, order/invoicing, production, maintenance, technical architecture, cloud, IT back-office, digitalization, security, legal, etc. .Mission
  • Take ownership of the business requirements and translate them with the team into project objectives for the workstreams (technical, process, IT, security, etc.)
  • Define the planning and organization of the tasks to be carried out and apply agile methods if appropriate
  • Identify and onboard the project resources, both internal to Orange Business (marketing, engineering, IT, business processes) and to Orange group and also external (suppliers) and manage them
  • Manage the project to reach the targeted deadlines in line with the defined tasks
  • Manage all the project risks
  • Define and broadcast a communication related to the project
  • Define the project governance to share the progress and follow the orientations given by the decision-makers.
