- Account Strategy: Develop plans and build relationships with key private healthcare stakeholders.
- Access & Reimbursement: Negotiate product listings and pricing, ensuring product inclusion in hospital protocols.
- Business Growth: Identify new opportunities and support new product launches, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes affecting private healthcare access.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, medical, regulatory, supply chain). Collaborate with the Market Access and Field market access teams to present value propositions and health economic data.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report on account performance. Provide feedback from the field to inform brand planning and market access strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is Required.
