About the Role:We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can craft engaging, fast-paced videos from various sources, monitor and adapt to content trends, and knows how to hook and retain viewers from the first second.This role focuses primarily on UGC-style content, with versatility across genres required.Requirements
  • Edit engaging, attention-grabbing episodes
  • Craft strong hooks and retention-driven sequences
  • Select, cut, and organize footage for maximum impact
  • Use text, graphics, and pacing creatively to elevate the edit
  • Collaborate with the team on content ideas and trends
  • Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts formats
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in UGC or short-form editing is preferred.
  • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
  • Ability to work with a variety of content: beauty, celebs, crime, animals, food, ASMR, hacks, etc.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software)
  • Understanding of platform trends, hooks, and viral formats
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and engagement tactics
  • Openness to feedback and a collaborative approach to content creation.
