Company DescriptionHomzmart is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop short-form videos, reels, TikTok trends, and static visuals that align with the Homzmart campaign.Showcase products in creative settings (unboxings, styling tips, home makeovers, “how to” furniture hacks).Create storytelling content around “Homzmart” customer journeys, and behind-the-scenes.Keep updated with social media trends, sounds, and formats, especially TikTok & Instagram Reels.Optimize content per platform (tone for LinkedIn vs TikTok vs Instagram).Ensure visuals follow Homzmart’s brand guidelines (colors, typography, storytelling).Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align with campaign objectives.Adapt content strategy based on insights.Qualifications1–3 years in content creation, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or design brands.Proven track record of growing reach/engagement on TikTok & Instagram.Portfolio of reels/videos demonstrating creativity & trend adaptation.Creative, fast-moving, and agile with trends.Aesthetic eye for home décor & lifestyle.Comfortable appearing in front of the camera or directing influencers.Additional InformationStrong video editing & content production skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva).Solid photography & videography basics (lighting, framing, styling).Storytelling ability — turning products into lifestyle narratives.Awareness of social media algorithms and engagement tactics.
