About the jobAs the first point of contact at Colas Rail, the Receptionist plays a key role in representing the company to visitors, partners, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing administrative support to contribute to the efficiency of daily business activities.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or staff.Ensure the reception area reflects Colas Rail’s professional standards, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.Maintain visitor logs, issue access badges, and ensure compliance with site security procedures.Coordinate with facility management regarding office supplies, meeting room bookings, and reception-related needs.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.Provide administrative and clerical support to HR, Administration, and other departments as needed.Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events when required.Uphold Colas Rail’s values of safety, responsibility, and excellence in all interactionsDesired Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Professional demeanor, customer service–oriented, and detail-focused.Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.Core Competencies and Skills:
