- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for product line(s) described.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create effective sales and promotional materials.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Prepare and review tenders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Setting sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Monitoring sales team performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Addressing any sales-related issues or conflicts within the client and the team.
- Negotiating and closing major sales deals with high-value customers.
- Generating and analyzing sales reports, forecasts, and metrics.
- Identify needs and communicate with R&D and Sustaining engineering for development and/or improvement.
- Drive adoption with clients through engagement / technical presentation / TTR / etc.
- Sets technology KPI for his sales team and application engineering team.
- Exposure to oilfield services a must with strong relationships across middle east customer base
- Knowledge of ESP sensors and permanent downhole gauges would be beneficial.
- Work with senior leadership team to develop strategies to grow revenue.
- Manage current contracts.
- Win new tenders.
- Forecast customer demand.
- Work with MFG and SC to ensure on-time delivery of equipment.
- Recommend improvements to Business’ policies, and direct the implementation of procedures and control covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.
- Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position
- Previous Completion and/or Production technical Oil & Gas knowledge is required.
- Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is preferred
- Engineering Degree (bachelor's level minimum)
