
HR Business Partner - Cairo

- Act as the go-to HR contact for employees and managers in Egypt.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Support with employee contracts, renewals, and probation reviews.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with Egypt labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including recruitment.
- Solid understanding of Egypt labor laws.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A skilled communicator, able to build engagement with prospective candidates.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent Time Management and follow-up skill.
- Able to work at pace and juggle multiple tasks.
- Driven, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work with simplicity, clarity & efficiency.
- High degree of influencing and impact through relationship management.
- Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and excellent collaboration skills.
