- Data Acquisition Management: Lead and oversee data acquisition initiatives across 7 markets (KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, Sub-Saharan Africa, Kuwait, Oman, UAE), ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Customer Data & Analytics (cDNA): Lead the expansion of data activation across social, programmatic, and CRM channels in multiple markets, strengthening consumer connections through smart, data-driven strategies.
- Loyalty & CRM: Manage and optimize Loyalty and CRM reporting and analysis programs across AMESA markets, delivering actionable insights that fuel consumer engagement and retention.
- MarTech Capabilities: Partner with global and regional teams to scale and enhance MarTech solutions, enabling advanced personalization, targeting, and measurement across the AMESA sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across Digital, Media, Sales, and Insights teams to integrate DX capabilities (e.g., Media2Shelf, Consumer Insights), ensuring business objectives are supported by data and technology.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis/engineering role with proven track record working with Salesforce
Campaign, Eloqua, etc
- 2+ yrs of overall Digital Marketing experience
- Ensure successful rendering across a wide variety of basic infrastructure in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms:
- Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers
- Knowledge of AMESA digital landscape is a plus
