This role will be critical in driving the activation and ongoing support of our new Partner Program, ensuring partners experience a seamless journey from onboarding through engagement and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Sales, and Operations, to operationalize program requirements, resolve partner inquiries, and ensure high-quality execution at scale.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Operations.ResponsibilityOwn the operational processes that bring partners into the new Partner Program, ensuring a smooth, timely, and high-quality activation experienceCoordinate with Partner Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to deliver benefits, resources, and readiness activities to new and existing partnersAct as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, troubleshooting program-related issues, and ensuring timely resolutionKeep program documentation, partner records, and process guides up-to-date, ensuring alignment with program guidelinesIdentify process bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutionsTrack key metrics, analyze trends, and share insights that inform program improvements and enhance the partner experienceDevelop and maintain FAQ and knowledge base content to reduce partner friction and increase efficiencyJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. 5+ years of experience in partner operations, channel programs, or related roles within a technology or SaaS environment
Experience with partner program structures, onboarding processes, and lifecycle management
Experience in program activation and partner support operations
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner portal technologies

Preferred

Experience working in global partner ecosystems
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams and influence stakeholders
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
