Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and system workflows, capturing and documenting requirements accurately.

Engage with stakeholders to identify their needs and constraints, facilitating discussions to align on project objectives.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, ensuring comprehensive understanding and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
Create detailed specifications, use cases, and process models to guide development teams.
Monitor project progress and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet defined business requirements.
Advocate for continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes and systems.
Mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices and promoting professional growth within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or relevant field.
