Lead the analysis and modeling of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather, document, and validate business requirements effectively.
Create comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to refine business needs into actionable project specifications, use cases, and process maps.
Monitor and assess project progress, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Advocate for the adoption of best practices in business analysis and process management across the organization.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional development.
Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of successful project leadership.
