- Staffing and resource planning/management.

- Support for the performance review process.

- Evaluation and implementation of new technology recommendations and strategies.
- Growing knowledge of firm products and services within the tax division and general knowledge of other firm practice areas.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- 5+ years of tax experience in private/public accounting, working with clients in the $1-$50 million annual revenue range.
- 1-2 years of experience managing staff in a hybrid environment preferred.
- Experience working in a paperless environment strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive "can-do" attitude and a team player.
- Advanced MS Suite skills (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of other platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of specific industries relevant to the firm.
- Knowledge of CCH Axcess preferred.
