- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track revenue, pipeline, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales BDM to define performance and follow up /push.
- Act as a PMO for strategic sales initiatives, ensuring alignment between global teams .
- Implement and refine/adapt sales processes, improving efficiency .
- Lead regular sales review meetings, ensuring key action points are tracked and executed.
- Develop engaging, structured ways to communicate sales performance (e.g., creative presentations, interactive reports, workshops).
- Organize sales events, training sessions, and collaboration forums to boost engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Introduce innovative tools ,reports and methodologies to enhance sales tracking and performance management.
- Organize & participate in the all sub committees with customer
- Build Business presentations for governance and strategy
- Support with team communication and reporting
- Prepare and consolidate weekly & monthly business reports
- Plan and support training and induction sessions for sales team and new hires
- Hold business relationships with the key customer across the region
- Act as the key liaison between sales teams, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Provide senior leadership with concise, data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across global sales teams
- Strong experience in PMO, sales operations, or business strategy roles, ideally in telecommunications or a global sales environment.
- Ability to work with and interpret sales data, with proficiency in CRM systems.) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Project management expertise (e.g., Agile, PMP, or similar methodologies).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of working across diverse teams and cultures.
- A creative mindset able to design engaging reports, workshops, and sales processes that drive motivation and performance.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- University degree in Business Administration. Marketing emphasis is one of the fields preferred.
- Minimum 10 years work experience in similar fields preferably with multi-national companies.
- Fluent in English
