
Consumer Experience Acquisition & Retention Manager

- Supporting the development of omnichannel brand activation programs in line with brand strategy & objectives
- Design of promotions and mechanics for direct consumer engagement in stores & other touchpooints (such as HoReCa, events..etc.)
- Collect and analyze programs' data and provide optimization recommendations
- Support in managing brand ambassadors & product experts communities, including onboarding, training and constant feedback exchange (both ways)
- Close collaboration with other functions to ensure all development programs are in line with budget & brand objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Apply commercial acumen to support strategic decision-making and drive business impact
- Oversee budget planning and control to ensure delivery of objectives on time and within scope
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, together with 3-5 years in premium brand marketing (FMCG, Automotive, or Real Estate preferred)
- Skilled in branding tools, marketing platforms, analytics & MS Office. CRM knowledge is an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proven experience in 360° marketing strategy within FMCG, automotive or premium real estate
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate options and support business decisions
- Strategic thinking with solid understanding of data and numbers
- Efficiency-focused, simplifies processes and eliminates redundancies
- Skilled in structured problem solving and change management
