We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our Supply Squad and take ownership of our short- and mid-term supply planning. Your job will be to make sure we have the right cars, in the right place, at the right time — across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. You’ll work closely with Revenue, Growth, and Partnerships to forecast demand, track supply commitments, and proactively surface risks and gaps before they happen.Your Responsibilities

Own and manage the 4–8 week rolling supply plan across all markets.
Align weekly with the Revenue and Growth teams to stay ahead of forecasted demand.
Break forecasts into Committed, Likely, and Aspirational Tiers to drive supplier conversations.
Create and maintain weekly supplier capacity views and car availability calendars.
Monitor Supply Fulfillment Rates, flag risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
Track and report on supplier readiness and capacity by brand, location, and car type.
Coordinate weekly Supplier Commitment Cycles with the Supply Executives and Director.
Build and automate dashboards (in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) for visibility and reporting.

Requirements

Ideal backgrounds include: Automotive / Mobility , E-commerce & Logistics , Grocery & Instant Delivery, Outsourcing & Analytics
2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or operations planning.
Experience in automotive, e-commerce, logistics, or mobility sectors is a plus.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL or Power BI is a bonus).
Highly analytical and structured thinker — able to identify patterns and gaps.
Great communicator — able to coordinate across teams and geographies.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
