Overview:Responsible for creating production plans and ensuring an optimized cross-site manufacturing supply plan that can be scheduled effectively, maintaining target stock levels for all SKUs to secure service delivery to the Business Units. Responsibilities:Develop production plans with constrained capacity within the planning horizon.Review and validate detailed line scheduling plans.Provide inventory projections and business waste estimates for the market.Track key service metrics and identify worst performers in collaboration with the Integrated Planning Lead and directors.Conduct root cause analysis for underperforming areas and support the creation of action plans.Act as the integration point between the Market and GBS.Ensure product supply aligns with the commercial change agenda.Support NPD launches and phase-in/phase-out changes by preparing supply planning systems in advance.Communicate changes effectively to scheduling teams and share supply plan updates through the right channels. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree completed (Engineering preferred).Experience in Distribution Planning or related Supply Planning tasks.Knowledge of product category planning.Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)Fluent English (spoken and written).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Comfortable working with numbers.
