DESCRIPTIONSort Center area manager would manage third-party logistics sort center Operating on Amazon tools, systems and infrastructure. Area Manager would monitor safety , performance matrix including (DEA , dwell , reverse logistics, .. ) & financials to assure best customer experience delivering & receiving shipments from different nodes & manage CPT & truck utilization .Key job responsibilities
-Manage Amazon & 3PL team on site -Processing and sorting packages by destination
-Supporting loading/unloading operations
-Managing backlog and inventory flow
-Coordinating with carriers and other Amazon facilities
-Handling missorts and ensuring proper routing
-Following standard operating procedures for loading delays and other operational challengesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
