- Manage end-to-end transaction flow across customer accounts, fund accounts, and partner systems
- Monitor and execute all banking operations, ensuring real-time alignment between Menthum systems and partner bank platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all mutual fund transactions and customer account activities.
- Identify, propose, and implement automation opportunities and process improvements
- Work cross-functionally to enhance operational workflows and reduce risk
- Lead operational readiness for system upgrades or new feature rollouts
- Perform daily reconciliations between Menthum systems and banking/fund partners
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with precision and urgency
- Maintain thorough documentation to support audits and compliance reviews
- Liaise effectively with external partners including banks, asset management firms, and fund administrators
- Ensure high-quality, timely communication and issue resolution with stakeholders
- Enforce strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Anticipate operational risks and proactively implement control measures
- Deliver actionable operational reports and insights to senior leadership
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in banks or fintech operations; minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of transaction systems, reconciliations, and operational risk management.
- Excellent supervisory skills for team management
- Proven experience in core banking system implementation or upgrades.
- Analytical mind with aptitude in math; ability to identify numerical errors
- Proficient in using technology and tools
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Solid understanding of banking systems, transaction flows, and reconciliation processes
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Tech-savvy with high proficiency in operational tools and platforms.
