This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful business results.Role ScopeDevelop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships aligned with company objectives.Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring ROI and alignment with strategic goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and key stakeholders.Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Support senior leadership in shaping business development priorities and contributing to long-term growth strategies.Skills & Qualifications needed :Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.7+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work cross-functionally.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with adaptability to evolving market conditions.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
