● Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
● Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned
● Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
● Manage large amounts of interactions through various channels (calls, emails, chat)
● Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
● Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings
● Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
● Collaborate with the team to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
