- Assist in managing communications between the company and real estate developers.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings, presentations, and events with developers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with developers, including contracts, agreements, and communication logs.
- Support the negotiation process by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Developers' Relationship team as needed.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring commissions and payments from developers.
- Work closely with the collection team to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Help in resolving any administrative issues that arise with developers or within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and support for developer-related initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of company processes and developer relationships.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
