- - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's objectives
- - Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- - Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
- - Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee engagement and productivity
- - Oversee the training and development programs for employees
- - Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- - Manage the payroll process and benefits administration
- - Handle any employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
- - Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective
- - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the exhibitions/events industry
- - Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
