A leading agency in Media and Marketing is seeking to hire a "Commercial Manager" to join their dynamic team. In this leadership role, will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities, developing business strategies, partnership elements of the brand, sand ensuring profitable operations. You will play a critical role in driving growth by managing client relationships, analyzing market dynamics, Direct sales person and leading the commercial team to enhance operational efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new clients, including the ability to qualify and close new accounts.
  • Effectively prepare for and manage business meetings.
  • Strategically and creatively build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity.
  • Effectively work with functional groups such as Sales, Data & Analytics and Content team to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives.
  • Strategically and creatively build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalate delivery issues as necessary.
  • Track, optimize, and compile campaign analysis and custom recap reports for clients.
  • Contribute and improve team resources such as sales and process materials
  • Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
  • Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research
  • Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed
  • Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Media Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous
  • Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive
