- Identify and Cultivate New Sales Opportunities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales potentials in emerging markets, industries, and customer segments.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to generate long-term business opportunities.
- Monitor and Report on Customer Performance
- Assess customer performance through the Flop & White Spots criteria to identify areas of opportunity and concern.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management for improvement.
- Continuously enhance the ERP system to ensure seamless integration with sales, marketing, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system improvements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Monitor SLOBS Inventory and Develop Sales Plans
- Closely monitor Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOBS) inventory to minimize financial impact and optimize stock turnover.
- Design and execute targeted sales plans to address SLOBS items and improve the overall inventory management.
- Analyze Sector Performance and Report Insights
- Conduct regular sector performance analyses, using data-driven insights to evaluate market trends and company performance.
- Provide actionable reports to management, offering strategic recommendations for market positioning and growth.
