- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media
- Address customer complaints and provide effective, professional resolutions
- Follow up on customer requests and accurately update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and timely solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold quality service standards
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with common customer service tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
