- Design, update, and deliver engaging training programs using blended learning approaches, including digital materials, video presentations, voice-over modules, and in-person sessions.
- Conduct training needs analysis to address business KPIs and ensure content is aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage the complete training lifecycle, from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop tailored training materials to suit local market needs and ensure compliance with modern learning technologies.
- Track learner attendance, results, and progress, ensuring confidentiality of participant and company data.
- Facilitate induction programs, talent development initiatives, and the Line Manager Capability Program across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure effective training execution and follow-up.
- Create reports, articles, and presentations to communicate training impact through internal and external channels.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, coaching, or learning and development roles, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong HR background with proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and video authoring/editing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results.
