General PurposeBuilding a long term relationship with the Milk suppliers, while retaining the competitive edge and creating value for BeytiJob Responsibilities/Tasks

Plan and manage supply base and ensure availability as per demand
follow up with suppliers on daily basis
Coordinate the logistics between farms and the factory on daily basis
Report & track farm's service level Performance, in addition to farm's analysis & financial figures (Scorecard, Newsletter & monthly Reports)
Manage Milk Sourcing Operation on daily, quarterly basis & annual basis
Support implementation of new Procurement projects, work processes and systems e& implementing supplier development programs.
Implementation of Milk Sourcing strategy, work processes and systems & implementing supplier development programs.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and SC Operation stakeholders.

Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor degree of Science in Agriculture in Animal Production.
From 2 to 3 years of experience preferably FMCG, Milk & Agro.
Very Good Level of English.
Negotiation skills & Analytical skills
