Job Description :Are you passionate about social media and advertising? Do you have a knack for understanding consumer behaviour and driving targeted ad campaigns? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a social media & Media Buyer. AS a social media & Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing highly effective social media marketing strategies.manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels, create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms

Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and develop audience segmentation strategies

Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights for continuous optimization

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media advertising

Monitor industry competitors' advertising strategies and adjust our approach accordingly

Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies for media buying purposes

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns

Requirements

Prior experience working as a social media & Media Buyer or in a similar role

Demonstrated expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms

In-depth knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) and ability to interpret data effectively

A creative mindset with strong copywriting skills to craft compelling ad content

Analytical skills to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
