In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and servicesQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plusWhy Work for Us:At RayaCX, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
