
HR Operations Coordinator

- Handle all administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, including offer letters, employment contracts, visa processing, Iqama issuance, medical insurance enrollment, and setting up employee bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements across all MENA countries in which we operate.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, contracts, benefits, and general queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
- Assist with the administration of benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Manage the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and prepare analytical feedback reports.
- Support the development and regular updating of HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in employment laws and company practices.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout their lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the MENA region.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience working with employee documentation, visa processing, and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
