The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, a keen eye for design, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of talented individuals.As a CRM Specialist you will:
  • Design and manage CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, etc.) using Braze
  • Segment user base and personalized communications to match customer journey stages.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and customer support teams to align CRM activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and CRM KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and improve customer data
  • Develop and implement A/B testing plans for campaign optimization.
  • Report regularly on CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention.
  • Assist in loyalty and re-engagement strategies for different user segments.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email customization.
