Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are.Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.You will:Administer and own the candidate experience from offer acceptance to include new hire documentation, background checks and IT provisioning for employee and contingent workers.Maintain data quality, accuracy, and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Utilize and become proficient with talent acquisition technology, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Manage and ensure compliance with hiring requirements and adhere to both local government and company hiring guidelines.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with candidates, recruiters, business partners, and other functional departments (HRIS, IT, Onboarding, Payroll).Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment processes and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across all hiring activities.Build and utilize functional and process knowledge to independently solve problems, even in the absence of detailed documentation.Deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally, demonstrating strong communication skills, prioritization, and urgency.Assist with special projects as assigned.You Have:At least 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or a related support role.Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with ATS.
