We specialize in executive search, HR strategy, and organizational development. We’re hiring a high-impact HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines hands-on recruitment with broader HR advisory, supporting both internal operations and select clients. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and help shape people strategies that drive real business results.Key Responsibilities * Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across all levels — from entry-level to executive.
  • Directly source, interview, and evaluate candidates using modern sourcing and assessment techniques.
  • Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain and grow a proactive talent pipeline for key client industries.
  • Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience across every touchpoint.
2. Client-Facing HR Advisory
  • Act as an outsourced HR partner to select clients (typically 1–2 days per week), advising on:
  • Job descriptions and role architecture
  • Egyptian labor law compliance and HR policy
  • Performance management frameworks
  • Organizational design and change initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR solutions
3. Internal HR Operations
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes.
  • Support HQ’s internal HR needs including performance reviews, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and strategic HR projects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or executive search.
  • Proven ability to manage both hands-on recruiting and broader HR advisory tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to align people initiatives with business goals.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
