- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Modern Trade & D-Commerce channels including hypermarkets, Mini markets, convenience stores & gas stations
- Lead and develop customer Annual Operating Plans to deliver Gross sales, Net Revenue, Share, Executional Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), and sales targets.
- Develop winning partnerships with customers and with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing multiple levels of the organization.
- Lead cross functionally with sales planning, category management, Finance, marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives.
- Provide customer/channel expertise and leadership to drive the development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans within channel.
- Activate initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Identify significant business opportunities and leads cross functional teams for the development incremental and sustainable growth.
- Lead annual negotiations, joint business plans, and promotional calendars.
- Drive in-store excellence, category management, and shopper marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize trade spending and ROI.
- Own the e-commerce P&L across digital platforms
- Build partnerships with online retailers and quick-commerce players.
- Lead digital shelf optimization, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance order fulfillment and customer experience.
- Oversee organized trade field execution teams to ensure implementation, merchandising, and route-to-market efficiency.
- Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and improve channel performance.
- Ensure alignment of brand strategies across physical and digital shelves.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of account managers
- 12+ years of experience.
- Strong Modern Trade experience is required
- Strong experience in execution & operating with business strategies.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Ability to work cross function/ Build strong positive relationship
- Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
- Planning & Organizing (Multiple priority management)
