about the roleUC POCM manages provisioning orders for access numbers, DDI ranges, and Portability orders raised by UC Project Managers or Backbone team for internal migration.He/She works closely with Field Engineers, Local providers, Implementation Teams, UC PMs, Process Owners and Product Managers.He/She operates using Digital tools like BTD, Loran and CCA Online and also internal Tools ( LOIS, Sesam, GINI, Ocean, Flip.. ).Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage new stock (CCA and BT LVS) and porting orders for UC customers using appropriate ordering tools and databases.
  • Manage the physical cancellation of access numbers, dedicated trunks based on customer or UC PM requests.
  • Communicate status of on-going orders to the UC PMs regularly and accurately.
  • Act as an interface between UC PMs and local providers/ordering teams.
  • Act as SPOC for Complex and major projects/accounts: manage all orders, and ensure regular reports are shared with UC PM.
  • Contribute to the development of new digital tools to ensure POCM business needs are met.
  • Follow up on Local Regulatory changes per country and integrate those changes in the POCM day-to-day activities.
  • In Compliance with Orange’s Methodology, utilize industry recognized best practice to ensure project’s deliverable are managed effectively, fulfilling expected scope, quality and time.
about you
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the specified local telecommunications area
  • Good Experience with Voice products is a big Plus
  • Know how to use MS Office, Word, Excel, power point
  • Very Good communications skills, as this position requires internal and external communications with Vendors and Third Parties
  • Work in a virtual team environment.
  • Willing to learn new services if needed
