- Supervise daily fabrication activities within yard workshops, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and industry standards.
- Lead and participate in production meetings and daily toolbox talks.
- Enforce safety protocols, fabrication procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the fabrication workforce, including welders, fitters, blasters, painters, and riggers.
- Monitor productivity and ensure optimal performance on the fabrication floor.
- Ensure best industry practices are applied in all fabrication activities.
- Liaise with internal teams including Fabrication Engineering, QA/QC, and HSE to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
