This role involves working closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver impactful and cohesive design solutions.Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement creative strategies and design concepts.
- Ensure designs meet branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Review and approve design elements before final production.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role, with 1 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
- Good command in English language.
