You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand equity and cultivate a strong connection with our target audience.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns that align with the business goals and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
- Oversee product launches, promotional events, and advertising campaigns to maximize brand visibility.
- Engage with customers and the community to gather feedback and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Brand Manager, with proven success in developing and executing strategies that drive growth.
- Experience in the FinTech sector is a must.
- Experience with card products or payment solutions is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
- A strong portfolio showcasing past brand management initiatives is a plus.
